It Takes a Village
Victoria’s Voice was honored to host the Drug Enforcement Administration Miami Field Division’s 3rd Annual Family Summit on Fentanyl at Westgate Lakes Resort in Orlando on June 20. The summit brought together federal partners, drug prevention organizations, and parents who have lost a loved one to fentanyl poisoning to foster collaboration, raise awareness about illicit fentanyl, and reduce overdose deaths. Sheriff Dennis Lemma, a Victoria’s Voice Board Member, and Michael DeLeon, our Director of Youth Outreach and School Programs, were both in attendance to share crucial updates on the drug epidemic in our country.
