Last updated on July 23, 2021.

The Victoria’s Voice Foundation (“FOUNDATION,” “we,” “our,” or “us”) understands that privacy is important to online visitors to our website and online services, and to our donors who donate online or offline (“Donors”).  This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, share and protect your non-personally identifiable and personally identifiable information obtained through all FOUNDATION websites and mobile applications, including, but not limited to, www.victoriasvoicefoundation.com and through offline services, as well as how Donors can opt-out of having their personal information shared. In order to fully understand your rights, we encourage you to read this entire Privacy Policy as well as our Terms & Conditions. Since we will continue to implement new technologies and improve the FOUNDATION’s services, this Privacy Policy is subject to change. We reserve the right at any time to change this Privacy Policy. If there are changes or additions to this Privacy Policy, we will post those changes here, so that you will always know what information we collect, how we use it and what choices you have. All changes will be effective immediately upon posting.
