The Siegels developed this program to empower other parents and caregivers to recognize and address the early signs of risk and drug use in their children.
We created the Vital Signs Parent Forum program to empower and mobilize communities throughout the U.S. with prevention education made more relevant through the participation of local leadership and families who are able to inform discussions, share their experiences, and generate ongoing community-level support.

David and Jackie Siegel’s world was forever changed when their 18-year-old daughter Victoria died of a drug overdose on June 6, 2015.
In the depths of their despair, David and Jackie dedicated themselves to understanding how this tragedy came to pass. And in doing so, they learned a great deal about the drug epidemic stealing young lives in our country.
